Chrysler Brand Sponsors Aug. 11 Outdoor Movie Screening at the Walter P. Chrysler Museum
The Chrysler brand will host the second in a series of outdoor movie nights on Saturday, August 11, 2012, from 6:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. at the Walter P. Chrysler Museum. A family animated film will play on the terraced hillside behind the museum. Prior to the movie screening, the Museum will open its doors to showcase some of its exhibits along with a variety of family fun activities.
Highlights of the evening include:

- Face Painting
- Chrysler Vehicle Ride & Drive
- Museum Self-Guided Tour – Access to view 65+ vintage Chrysler vehicles on display on 3 floors and the opportunity to view two new exhibits – 75 Years of Mopar® and Viper Café
- Car Show featuring Chrysler Brand and vintage vehicles (all makes and models welcome) in the Museum’s parking lot
6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
9:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Food and beverage provided by local Michigan vendors (food and beverage charges apply)
Admission for the evening is $10 per vehicle. Museum members with membership cards or guests driving Chrysler brand vehicles will receive half off the price of admission. Whether it’s the Chrysler 300, Town & Country or the PT Cruiser, all models of Chrysler brand vehicles qualify for the admission discount.

The Walter P. Chrysler Museum is located on the Chrysler Group LLC headquarters complex in Auburn Hills, Michigan, approximately 30 miles north of downtown Detroit. Easily accessible from I-75 at exit 78 (Chrysler Drive), the Museum is located at the southeast corner of the complex, at the intersection of Featherstone and Squirrel Roads.
The Walter P. Chrysler Museum is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) public charity and donations are tax-deductible. The Museum is open for self-guided tours 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tuesday to Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday. The Museum is closed every Monday, Easter Sunday, July 4, Thanksgiving and December 24, 25 and 31. The Museum is also available for corporate and private meetings and events, offers K-12 education programs as well as membership and volunteer opportunities.
